ABOUT

ME!

Singer. Dancer. Actor. Animal Lover Extraordinaire.

Marcell was born in Paterson, New Jersey and is the second oldest of five children. Growing up, he wanted to be an astronaut because of his love for space and the unknown. He then had aspirations to become a lawyer but never would have ever thought he would want to be a performer. Oh my! How the moon tides have changed.

Marcell has been singing and dancing for over 10 years and acting since high school. At the regional level, Marcell has appeared in productions that include Guys and Dolls (Benny Southstreet), Mamma Mia (Eddie), The Pirates of Penzance (Sergeant/Dance Captain), and has choreographed productions of Hairspray as well as a Tribute to Gershwin revue.

At the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, Marcell is finishing up his bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance. His collegiate credits include Smart People (Jackson Moore), Sweat (Evan), Good Kids (Landon), Working (Rex Winship/The Mason), and Godspell (George/Dance Captain). He has also contributed his choreography to a plethora of mainstage shows, cabarets, and other special events. As the president of two performance groups on campus, Marcell not only lived, but BREATHED song and dance.

Outside of performing, Marcell is a lover of all things nature. He thoroughly enjoys the outdoors. From the smallest ant to the largest whale in the ocean, he is adamant about the beauty and importance of every creature and their purpose. He also enjoys reading, writing, and taking long dips in the pool under the full moon and stars.

"Nothing is impossible. The word itself says I'm possible."
